Our state-of-the-art ultrasound technology allows our physicians to evaluate the reproductive organs and detect abnormalities.
Our clinic has one of the most advanced digital mammography machines in today's market, including one with 3D/4D capabilities, to provide our patients with the best possible medical procedures.

Our team will perform a complete history and physical examination at your first obstetrics appointment, including a review of your past medical, surgical, and family history. We will also perform a physical exam that may include a Pap Smear (if indicated).
At the first visit, you will receive a packet of information about our hospital, Christus Spohn South Hospital, a list of safe medications to take while pregnant, and prenatal vitamin samples. Appointments occur once per month during the first trimester.
During your second trimester visits, our team will review your blood pressure, weight gain, urinalysis results, and any previously obtained lab results. We will also listen to the fetal heart tones. Around 20 weeks, we perform a detailed ultrasound to evaluate the fetal anatomy. Appointments occur once per month during the second trimester.
During the third trimester visits, we will continue to monitor everything from the second trimester to evaluate fetal growth and help you prepare for delivery. Appointments occur once every 1-2 weeks during the third trimester.
